They are the eyes of the home. We accentuate our own eyelines and lashes daily in make-up routines. Well at Tactile we like to ‘design’ the space around the window and work with the client to select what is for them the perfect covering combination.

Whether its floor length perfectly soldiered waves or voluptuous, billowing, lined and interlined drapes, which puddle on the floor, we celebrate and even curtsey to the ‘contemporary curtain.’

Blinds too, are blinding, be they simple roller blinds, motorized or not they’re always neat and tidy and low maintenance. Some people prefer roman blinds which have the softness and finish of curtains without the volume. Sheers deliver privacy and there’s a perfect sheer fabric for everyone. Use them with a main curtain in a reception room or bedroom or use them alone in a pool room or office.

Shutters are a popular option in new homes giving privacy with control, the ease of a roller blind which looks great from the outside as well as the inside. They can work perfectly by themselves or be teamed with curtains.
